An estimated 40,000 people showed up to the second No Kings protest in Portland on October 19th. Some were dressed in inflatable costumes, while others had more formal attire. Protesters held “No Kings” signs, along with messages opposing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and fascism.
