Portland Police say that a 15-year-old student was arrested early this morning for starting fires and vandalizing property in the Grant Park neighborhood.
The suspect is facing charges of Arson in the Second Degree, three counts of Reckless Burning, Criminal Mischief in the First Degree and Interfering with a Peace Officer, the press release reads. The damage, which included two fires, spray painted cars and broken windows of houses, occurred on Northeast 40th Avenue and Brazee Street.
